1.Notice of application for a work permit for foreigners to come to China by the domestic employing unit

2.Apply for a Z visa at the relevant Chinese Embassy or Consulate abroad with the notification

3.Continue to apply for a work permit after entry

4.Once you have received your work permit, you can apply for a work permit at the immigration office.
